Therapy isn’t “one size fits all”.  A variety of therapies can be woven together, blended, and tailored for the needs of each individual.  A combination of therapies can offer a diverse way of exploring the inner self.  In a non-judgmental environment, this promotes safety in letting go, which enhances the potential for an emotional release or breakthrough.

 

Encompassing a holistic approach to your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health and wellbeing, can have profound life changing effects on your overall wellness.  Holistic therapy can better prepare you for when life’s challenges arrive and can lead you to your heart and soul.  It also offers personal insights into how your thoughts, beliefs and feelings can influence your life.  Learn to witness your internal processes, and how to learn from them, empowering you to decide to change old patterns that don’t serve you anymore and create new ways towards the best version of yourself.  Also referred to as your higher self, or your soul.

Modalities Offered

Counselling

A variety of therapies including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Gestalt, Solution Focused and Person Centered are on offer during a session.  The client can be gently guided at their own pace with these therapies that offer a platform to observing one’s inner make up, gaining personal insight into who you are, and having compassionate and empathic support during your process and difficult times.

Soul Focused Psychotherapy

If the client is comfortable closing their eyes during a session, this reduces distractions by up to 80%.  This allows for deeper access into the subconscious mind, where your core values and beliefs are found, that which makes you, you.  SFP allows you to observe these patterns and behaviours that may no longer serve you, and to engage your inner wisdom that you were not able to access earlier.

Qi Gong

Qi Gong teaches you how to gather and use life force energy to heal, restore and balance your own energy body.  This can enrich exploration during your sessions, can support growth and development, focus and a deeper connection with yourself, as well as enhance your overall health and wellbeing.  More information about Qi Gong can be found here

Meditation Techniques

Soothing breath work may be incorporated to assist with reducing any tension.  By taking a few moments to slow down and relax, the thinking mind begins to settle which allows for the arrival of inner stillness and more awareness of your thoughts, allowing you to become the witness. Reiki

“Rei” means universal life, “ki” means energy.  Reiki is the transference of universal life energy from the therapist to the client.  This therapeutic and conscious healing touch can create a deeper sense of relaxation.  This hands-on therapy may be used, with prior permission, to assist with a client’s healing during a session by reassuring a sense of safety, stillness and deep rest.
