Beginners Meditation and Mindfulness

a 6 week course using simple meditation techniques for your mind, body & soul

Experience and learn 12 different meditation techniques that are easy to follow and can be used immediately upon receiving.  During the six weeks, these techniques will assist you in strengthening your focus, perseverance, resilience, willingness, courage, and will show you how to become the witness – a mindful, conscious way of being / living.

During the class, 15-20 minutes is dedicated to learning and connecting with each technique. This creates new neurological pathways in the brain. With regular daily practice these techniques become part of your energy field, and are readily available to you 24/7, anywhere, anytime – no equipment, apps, phone or power needed.

This allows you to connect with any technique when you require: before exams, an interview, an important meeting, appointment, match, performance, in the car waiting at school pick-up time, before a first date etc. You will learn to witness yourself, handle difficult situations better, react less, respond more and be more open to others.

Over a period, you will notice results dependent upon your level of commitment, some instantly, others may take a little longer, and the results are very individual. Every time you connect with a technique, you are building on your level of wellness. You are creating a happier and healthier version of yourself.

No previous experience is required, just a willingness to learn and be open.

Comfortable clothing is preferable. All materials are provided.
